Shipping Information

The rates below apply to shipping within the continental U.S. Please contact us for rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other countries. Any international orders must have matching credit card billing address and shipping address. International custom and duty charges are charged to the customer.

We ship UPS within 2 business days of receiving you order. Options are ground for $7 (receipt of goods is within 2-7 business days depending on your location), 3-day select for $20, Second Day Air for $25 and Next Day Air for $40. If you are ordering coats or jackets by Maralyce Ferree or Mycra Pac or any clothing order of 3 or more pieces, add an additional $3 per shipment. Free UPS ground shipping if your order is $150 or more.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to Indonesia or Nigeria.

Residents of Washington, D.C., add 6% tax to all orders. No tax is charged to all other locations.

All on-line orders will be billed at the time the order is placed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you, usually within 24 hours of order placement. If an item is not in stock and needs to be special ordered or exchanged, we will notify you, via e-mail, of approximate shipping date and you will have the option of making a 50% non-refundable deposit (with balance to be automatically billed to your card when the item ships) or canceling the order.

Please note: the merchandise we represent is fabricated or cut and sewn or dyed to order and most often by artists working in small studios; out of stock items may take anywhere from 1 -8 weeks to ship.

Return/Refund Information

All sales are final on special orders, as indicated with specific item on website.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt (we track shipments.) Shipping costs (for the original merchandise shipped to you as well as for shipments returned to us) are not refundable, and there is a 5% re-stocking fee on returned items. UPS ground charges are $5 for merchandise exchanged for replacement.

We will exchange any item for another size, color, or another item only when returned with 1)our return form, 2)all tags still attached and item clearly not worn or damaged, and 3) the original receipt and packaging (packaging applies to jewelry only.)

If an item being returned was a gift, we will mail a website gift certificate of equal value to the recipient.

You must insure all returned merchandise, and return via UPS or first-class mail, USPS.
